Big and good room. Really comfortable beds! Breakfast was okay. Took a bit of time to refill things that ran out.

I’m giving this 5 stars because the Marriott standard for comfort and hospitality never disappoints, but I do have one major caveat from my recent stay. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super kind, friendly, and always available to help with whatever we needed. However, on our second to last day, there were two sports teams staying at the hotel, and the breakfast service just couldn't keep up. It was a bit of a mess; basic items like scrambled eggs, bread, and pastries were constantly missing, and it was so chaotic that we couldn't really enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Everything else was great, but it felt like the hotel wasn't fully prepared for that many people at once. Still a solid place to stay in Stockholm, but hopefully, they can manage the breakfast flow better when large groups are in town

I stayed here for four nights. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom door cannot be locked from the inside, which was inconvenient. The hotel is located near the train station, which is a plus for accessibility. However, no complimentary water is provided. Overall, compared to other hotels in the city, this is an average option. When compared to other hotels within the same group, those tend to offer a noticeably better experience.

No WiFi in the room 2. TV is unusable 3. Phone is dead 4. There is a letter addressed to someone else in my room. This person checked in and then rejected the room perhaps due to the above issues...
