  We booked the King size deluxe room. We arrived early in the morning and we asked if we were a marriott member. We were not, so we were told we could either wait for check in time at 3pm or pay an extra ~200 SEK to upgrade for early check in. We decided to wait and didnt find this much of a problem as we were early When we returned, we checked in but were given no information about the hotel (e.g wifi, breakfast times or gym location). Entering our room, we expected to find details written down but there was nothing except a phone number for reception. We did ring this number but they hung up The room itself was large and spacious, but it was fairly basic. The heating controls did not work, so our room was warmer than we wanted it to be over our trip. The bathroom really needs more hooks for hanging towels and clothes, especially in a room for 2 people. House keeping did not replace any teas or coffees we had drunk, or clean our mugs. I appreciated that the king size bed had two duvets, but I did not find the pillows very comfortable While the breakfast was good and the staff were polite, overall I thought those minor details would have really improved our experience
