  Hotel and location are fab. The service is very poor. The reception are excellent but you are ignored by bar staff, the bar has no one tending to it, you repeatedly have to ask for things to be put on your room and they are generally just unhelpful and pretentious. Id stay again for the room but the service takes from the experience

  Nice location, walking distance to main shopping area and to the old town. Friendly day-time front-desk and concierge. Very nice live music and cocktails at the bar on a Saturday night. Don't miss the very nice bistro next to it! We stayed one night at the Seaview room on the top floor, the view over the harbour is amazing.

  I had a great stay here in August. Our room was super clean and comfortable, plus we really enjoyed the view of the water. We loved the location since we were in easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately it was a little cold for us to use the indoor pool since it wasn't heated but the spa area was peaceful and relaxing in general. I would 100% be happy to visit again.
