The Stockholm City Museum is the must-see museum for understanding Stockholm's history. It is divided into two parts. A first space presents the general history of the city, from prehistory to the present day. The second space is linked to its geographical location. Indeed, the museum is located on the island of Södermalm, in the heart of the city. From this central position, it tells you the particular story of four Stockholm districts. Entrance is free.
